Trading platform integration: cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader & TradeLocker

Every trading platform,
one back office.

Since 2024, many brokers and prop firms run more than one trading platform — MetaTrader 5 beside cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader, or TradeLocker. Each platform has its own APIs, account model, and reports, and without integration every one becomes a separate island for your sales, compliance, and risk teams.

We connect every platform to one back office: accounts opened from the client portal, deposits and withdrawals applied to the right platform, trades synced to risk and reporting, and prop challenges evaluated the same way everywhere. MetaTrader 5 specifics are covered under MT5 plugin development.

In short

  • Nima Dorostkar's team integrates cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader, TradeLocker, and MetaTrader 5 with brokers' CRMs, client portals, risk systems, and payment flows.
  • Integrations use each platform's own APIs to open accounts, move balances, and sync trades and positions in real time.
  • The result is one client record and one book across every trading platform a broker offers.

What we build

Trading platform integration:
what's included.

  • Account provisioning

Open, configure, and archive trading accounts on any platform from the CRM or client portal, with groups and leverage mapped per platform.

  • Balance operations

Deposits, withdrawals, credits, and internal transfers applied through each platform's API — idempotently, with a full audit trail.

  • Real-time trade sync

Orders, positions, and deals from every platform streamed into one data model for risk, reporting, and the CRM.

  • Unified reporting

Volume, commissions, swaps, and P/L normalised across platforms, so one report covers the whole book.

  • Symbol & group mapping

Consistent instruments, contract sizes, and client groups across platforms, so the same rule means the same thing everywhere.

  • Adding or switching platforms

Add a platform or move clients between platforms with account mapping, history transfer, and parallel running.

How we build it

Engineered for
real money, from day one.

  1. 01One data model first

A platform-neutral model of clients, accounts, trades, and money, with one adapter per trading platform.

  2. 02An adapter per platform API

The cTrader Open API, the MT5 Manager and Web APIs, and the interfaces other vendors provide to brokers each get their own connector.

  3. 03Idempotent money movement

Every balance operation carries an external ID, so a retried request can never be applied twice.

  4. 04Reconciled every day

Platform balances, the CRM, and payment providers are reconciled automatically each day.

Questions

Trading platform integration FAQ

Which trading platforms can share one CRM and back office?

Any platform with an administrative API: MetaTrader 5 through the Manager and Web APIs, cTrader through its Open API, and DXtrade, Match-Trader, and TradeLocker through the interfaces each vendor provides to brokers. Each platform gets an adapter onto one shared data model of clients, accounts, trades, and money.

Can a broker offer MT5 and cTrader to the same client?

Yes. The client has one record in the CRM and a trading account on each platform. Deposits, transfers between accounts, and reporting work across both, so the client and the broker's desks see one relationship.

Why do brokers run more than one trading platform?

To serve client segments that prefer different platforms, to reduce dependence on a single vendor's licensing decisions, and — for prop firms — to keep operating if one platform restricts access, as happened when MetaQuotes acted against brokers serving US prop firms in 2024.

How long does it take to integrate another trading platform?

Integrating one more platform into an existing CRM and back office typically falls within a 2–4 month component project, depending on the platform's API and how many workflows — onboarding, funding, reporting, prop rules — it has to support.
