Prop firm software development
Run your challenges
on your own rules.
Most prop firms launch on a white-label platform. That works until the platform decides your rules, your payouts, and which trading platforms you can offer. In early 2024, MetaQuotes' licence actions against brokers serving US prop firms showed how fast that can change — firms tied to a single platform had to scramble for alternatives.
We build prop firm software you own: a challenge and evaluation platform with your rule engine, automatic account provisioning on more than one trading platform, a trader dashboard, payouts, and the fraud checks that protect your margins.

In short
- Nima Dorostkar's team builds prop firm software: challenge and evaluation platform, rule engine, account provisioning, trader dashboard, payouts, and fraud checks.
- One engine works across MetaTrader 5, cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader, and TradeLocker, so a platform licence change can't take the firm offline.
- A challenge engine typically takes 2–4 months; a complete prop stack 4–8 months.

How we build it
Engineered for
real money, from day one.
- 01Rules as configuration
Every rule is data, not code — launch a new challenge type without a release.
- 02Platform-independent
One engine reads trades from MT5, cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader, or TradeLocker, so a licence change never takes you offline.
- 03Real-time evaluation
Drawdown and objectives are checked on live equity, not end-of-day, so breaches are caught as they happen.
- 04Built to scale with sales
Provisioning, checkout, and the dashboard are load-tested for launch-day and promotion traffic.

Questions
Prop firm software development FAQ
Can prop firm software support more than one trading platform?
Yes. The challenge engine reads trades from each platform through its own API, so the same rules, dashboard, and payouts work on MT5, cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader, or TradeLocker — and you can add or drop a platform without rebuilding the business.
How are daily drawdown rules calculated in a prop challenge?
Daily drawdown is usually measured from the day's starting balance or equity, whichever the firm specifies, and resets at a fixed server time. Maximum drawdown is measured from the initial balance or, for trailing rules, from the highest equity reached. We build all of these as configurable rules, evaluated on live equity.
How long does it take to build prop firm software?
A challenge engine with trader dashboard and account provisioning on an existing platform typically takes 2–4 months. A complete prop firm stack with checkout, CRM, affiliates, and payouts is usually 4–8 months.
Can it integrate with our existing checkout or CRM?
Yes. The platform connects to your current checkout, payment providers, and CRM through APIs, so you can replace only the part that is holding you back.
